lovely staffgreat breakfastsuperb location
the staff were very lovely and helpful. they provided a great breakfast to start the day. the location is superb i was only 5 minutes walk from st stephans.
the room had a tiny fan, it wasnt very effective more than a meter away

The guesthouse is superbly located, perfect for exploring key attractions. The staff displayed excellent helpfulness assisting with directions and local tips. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room upon arrival. It was clear housekeeping paid close attention to detail.
The breakfast area experienced some crowding during peak hours.

a definite plus with luggage. I also noted the availability of luggage storage, allowing freedom to explore after check-out. The historic staircase showcased mid-century modern preservation.

The buffet breakfast included a variety of bread and rolls for selection. It also offered coffee and tea for the guests. Though simple, the breakfast provided sufficient energy for starting the day.

The airport pickup service provided a knowledgeable driver.. a great introduction to the area. The reception staff were consistently helpful and polite with check-in and information. The cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit.

i found the location to be excellent , with easy access to many shops and restaurants. breakfast was included and had reasonable options , providing good service. the staff was very helpful and polite , always ready to assist with any questions i had. i was pleased with the cleanliness of both the room and the dining area.
the furnishings seemed quite old , giving the room a dated feel. there were insufficient electrical outlets for charging my devices , which was inconvenient. i also noticed there was no air conditioning , which might be an issue during warmer months.
